Space Clean did an excellent job pressure washing the vinyl on my house. Looks great! A customer rep called me back within an hour of my initial phone call. Awesome end result! I had my 10 year old paver patio “resurfaced” as I’ve been calling it. The old sand, what was left of it, needed to go, along with all of the moss and weeds that have been constantly growing within it. This is the type of job where I was tempted to try my hand at it, but there’s no match for the commercial grade equipment that Derek and Pedro used to remove 100% of the old stuff. The G2 sand they used is basically concrete/ grout now, and it looks brand new. I absolutely recommend having Derek come out and give you his insight on what can be done. He was immediate in his response to my online inquiry on their website and was literally at my house the same day. Great job Derek!

We have hired this company to clean windows for the past 3 years. This year, they also pointed out that we had moss growing on our roof, and that it could do damage to shingles. So in addition to a great window cleaning, they cleaned the roof, and also the gutters. As always, a thorough job, done to our satisfaction. After many attempts and no return calls about having the polymeric sand redone and my pavers power washed, I contacted Derek at Space Clean. He called me within a few days and after looking at my patio, provided a quote the next day and I was scheduled within a week. Pedro came out and worked diligently removing the sand and pointed out a few spaces where the pavers were uneven. They provided a quote to have the pavers in those places taken out and sand done to make it level. Pedro did a great job and it looks great. He kept me informed during all the process by bringing me out to look at the progress. Very polite and hard working. On the last day Pedro worked late to finish up the job and Derek came out also. Very pleased with the hard work and results.

Services performed included deck, patio and walkway power washing and gutter cleaning. Old sand that was breaking apart was removed from the patio and walkway, seams dug deeper, and polymeric sand added to minimize ongoing maintenance.
