Remove Growth: We start by applying a product that neutralizes all organic growth on your patio (this is the green and black algae / mildew stains).

Clean Pavers: We agitate the solution with a broom before using a professional 20″ surface cleaner. The patio is then completely rinsed off and cleaned of debris.

Restore Form: Lastly, once the patio is dry, we pack new sand between the stones. The fresh sand will react with water and harden into place. Our patio sand maintains the shape and integrity of the structure for years of enjoyment.
