Awesome end result! I had my 10 year old paver patio “resurfaced” as I’ve been calling it. The old sand, what was left of it, needed to go, along with all of the moss and weeds that have been constantly growing within it. This is the type of job where I was tempted to try my hand at it, but there’s no match for the commercial grade equipment that Derek and Pedro used to remove 100% of the old stuff. The G2 sand they used is basically concrete/ grout now, and it looks brand new. I absolutely recommend having Derek come out and give you his insight on what can be done. He was immediate in his response to my online inquiry on their website and was literally at my house the same day. Great job Derek!

Our patio was in bad shape with lots of weeds and moss growing through the cracks. Space Clean did an excellent job cleaning and re-sanding our patio. It looks so much better now. Great job!

Derek was great. He was immediately available and he was priced incredibly reasonable. He made a patio and walkway that hadn’t been cared four in 4 years look like brand new. He is courteous and extremely hard working. Forget the rest Derek is the best!!!!

Derek arrived on time, did a thorough job and was very courteous and responsive to our requests. He power washed the siding, porch and deck, thoroughly cleaned the patio, adding sand filler when done with that and scrubbed the gutters. Everything now sparklers. He is hard a working and earnest young man. It’s obvious he enjoys this work. I have absolute confidence in my review.
