Pure Water Window Cleaning is the newest modern form of window cleaning. Forget the bucket and squeegee at home, life just got a lot easier!
How Pure Water Window Cleaning Works
Purified water is forced up through a water fed pole that has a brush attachment on the end. The window cleaner then scrubs the window surface with the brush by using an up and down motion with the pole.
Water in its purest form has little to zero Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) in it and is known to the be one of the greatest cleaning agents for certain applications – such as cleaning clothes and windows. Total dissolved solids (TDS) is a measure of the dissolved combined content of all inorganic and organic substances present in the water. In simple terms, it is a measurement for water quality. Pure water, or water without mineral content, can absorb the dirt without any cleaning agents, leaving the windows clean and clear when they dry.
What are Water Fed Pole Systems
Water Fed Pole Systems consist of a water fed pole, a water purification system, a hose, brush attachments and pole extenders.
The water purification system is the source of your pure water. The purification systems come in different sizes depending on your requirements. The systems can also contain different types filters, reverse osmosis membranes and cartridges depending on the type you get.
Once purified, the water runs through a hose up into the water fed pole which is attached by clamps and adapters. Water fed poles can extend to different heights by adding extenders to the pole. Extender attachments allow for the pole to reach up to 40 feet high, or beyond for commercial cleanings. The poles comes in several different types of material such as aluminum, carbon fiber, glass fiber and more.
Different types of brushes can be added to the top of the water fed pole such as nylon brushes, boars hair, hogs hair and hybrids. Within the brushes there are jets that you screw on to the pole-end that allow the water to be sprayed onto the window surface. The jets come in different shapes such as “pencil” which round or “fan” which is flat.
